Firgun is a Hebrew word that translates to English as the sincere pleasure in another person's achievement or experience.

It's not just a lovely word; it's what we fundamentally believe. Let's talk about your future, how we can best support and be a cheerleader for you to achieve your successes.

And let’s face it: most of your organisation already has its eye on the honey:

Measuring margins; profit; EBITDA. The outputs.

Firgun believe that if you have the right people in the right culture,

with the right supportdirection and leadership, then high performance is a side effect.

    Coaching and Workshops

Coaching is a catalyst for change across your organisation.

Every day, new problems arise, and challenges present themselves and we must be equipped to handle these volatile times and simultaneously motivate teams.

The most successful programmes work at several levels; strong coaching relationships with the board and the executive team ensure that our work with their management teams is aligned.

Our clients move towards a coaching culture, whilst making key leaders feel valued and motivated, resulting in higher performance.

    After all, #HappyBeesMakeTastyHoney

"Coaching isn't therapy; it's product development
    And you are the product."
    Danny Wareham

    Coaching isn’t only for individuals

Think of coaching as being like tending to plants.

Each trim, prune, support and overall nurturing helps the individual plant to grow and thrive.

But we also need to ensure that the environment – the culture – is condusive to the success, or it can undo all of the care and attention invested in the individual plants.

    The holistic approach

    1. Individual coaching

What challenges are you facing? What’s standing between you and your full potential?

To us, coaching is a reflective learning conversation; a journey where we challenge, support and empower you to bring about meaningful – and long-lasting – change.

We’ll help you work through those barriers and reconnect with a sense of purpose.

    2. Group workshops

As a social and tribal species, our behaviours, apporaches and decision making are influenced by our peers and the groups that we belong to (or that which belong to).

Our workshops consider the psychological and sociological influences within the group to identify and create opportunity for every member to contribute their unique strengths.

    3. Cultural support

Our behaviour, our approach and even our cognition are shaped by the unwritten norms of our social groups – including our organisation.

The culture of our organisation can help or hinder the investment made in our people individually.

We nurture the appropriate culture to support the strategic outcomes of our organisation.
